Jin-seok s'installe dans une nouvelle maison avec son frère aîné Yoo-seok, sa mère et son père. Jin-seok souffre d'hypersensibilité mais s'il prend des médicaments, il est capable de vivre normalement. Un soir pluvieux, Jin-seok voit son frère aîné jeté dans une camionnette par un groupe d'hommes. Après 19 jours de silence, Yoo-seok rentre chez lui, mais il ne se souvient de rien. Jin-seok remarque cependant assez de changements dans sa personnalité et son comportement pour commencer à soupçonner que la personne qui est revenue n'est pas son frère. Pendant ce temps, Jin-seok n'arrête pas d'entendre des bruits provenant d'une pièce fermée à clé qui conserve temporairement les effets personnels du propriétaire précédent.
